Welcome to the Auckland Waterfront Sunset Festival — an open-air celebration of music, culture, and culinary excellence overlooking Waitematā Harbour.

Good to know & Venue Rules
- Entry times: Doors open at 4:00 PM. Last entry is strictly 8:30 PM.
- Prohibited items: Glass bottles, professional camera gear (detachable lenses), umbrellas, weapons, illicit substances, or outside food and alcohol.
- Accessibility: Fully wheelchair accessible venue with dedicated viewing platforms and accessible bathroom facilities.
- Bag checks: Expect security wanding and bag checks upon arrival. Bags must be smaller than A4 size.
Transport & Parking
- Ferry & Train: Britomart Train Station and Downtown Ferry Terminal are an easy 8-minute walk from the venue gates.
- Bus: Tamaki Link and CityLink stop right outside on Quay Street.
- Parking: Downtown Car Park (31 Customs St West) has covered parking available with evening flat rates. We strongly encourage public transit and rideshares.

Good to know
What is the age restriction? — This is strictly an 18+ event. You must present valid government-issued photo ID (NZ Driver Licence, Passport, or Kiwi Access Card) at the turnstiles for entry.
What is the refund policy if it rains? — The festival is rain or shine! In the unlikely event of extreme weather causing cancellation, 100% full refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
Can I bring my own food and drinks? — No outside food or drinks (except one sealed 750ml clear water bottle) are permitted. We have free water refill stations across the venue and over a dozen food trucks.
Can I transfer my ticket to a friend? — Yes! You can easily forward your digital ticket pass or PDF to a friend from your order confirmation email anytime before the event.
