What does it cost to sell tickets?
The platform fee is NZ$0.80 per paid ticket, plus payment processing. There are no setup fees or monthly subscriptions. Visit our pricing page to estimate fees for your event.
Can I run a free event?
Yes. Free registrations are free. You can create an event page, issue digital tickets, manage attendees and use QR check-in without a paid ticket platform fee.
What do I need before I can start selling?
Create an organiser account, add your event details and set up your ticket types. For paid events, complete your Stripe payment setup before publishing and accepting online payments.
How do guests receive their tickets?
Guests receive digital tickets with QR codes after their order is confirmed. They can also use Find your tickets to retrieve their tickets before the event.
Do I need special equipment for check-in?
You can scan QR tickets using a compatible phone camera or a scanner. You can also look up attendees manually. Make sure your check-in device has an internet connection and test it before doors open.
