Guides for running an event and buying a ticket, plus quick links to everything else.

For organizers

Creating your first event
Head to your dashboard and work through the 4-step wizard: event details, location, ticket types, then publish. Each step is validated on its own, so you can save your progress and come back โ€” nothing gets created until you're ready to move past ticket types.
Setting up ticket types
Add as many types as you need โ€” General Admission, VIP, Early Bird, Student, or fully custom. Each one has its own price, quantity, sale window, and per-order limit, so you can run early-bird pricing or cap how many a single buyer can grab.
Getting ready for check-in day
Open the check-in scanner from your dashboard on any staff phone โ€” it uses the camera directly, no app to install. A USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner gun works too, plug-and-scan. One thing worth planning around: check-in needs a live internet connection at the door, there's no offline queueing yet.
Understanding fees
Selling tickets costs $0.80 per ticket + payment processing, added on top of the ticket price at checkout โ€” it doesn't come out of your payout. Free events are always free to list and sell. Full breakdown on the pricing page.

For attendees

Finding your tickets after you buy
No account needed โ€” your order confirmation email includes a link back to your tickets any time. Bookmark it or keep the email; that link is what gets you back in.
What to bring to the door
The QR code from your ticket email, shown on your phone (or the downloadable PDF, printed or on-screen). Staff scan it once to check you in.
