Archive, cancel, or delete an event
Pick the action that matches whether you still have orders and whether the night is still on.
Support can send this URL to organisers who need these steps.
Step 1
Delete only empty events
You can permanently delete a draft or event with no real orders, tickets, payments, settlements, or payouts. History is kept otherwise.
Step 2
Archive hides it from your main list
Archive does not wipe sales. For a live published or sold-out event you must confirm; it is a deliberate hide, not a refund.
Step 3
Cancel tells buyers the night is off
Cancelling emails ticket holders. You still process refunds for paid orders from Orders. Cancelled events stay cancelled; they do not go back on sale by themselves.
