Edit an event after it is on sale
What you can change freely, and what emails ticket holders.
Support can send this URL to organisers who need these steps.
Step 1
Open the event in your dashboard
From Events, open the event. Copy, images, tags, bio, lineup, FAQ, and similar page content can be updated without emailing attendees.
Step 2
Date, time, venue, or address
These are treated as material changes. You will be asked to confirm. Attendees are emailed, and any outbound webhooks you set up receive an event.updated payload.
Step 3
Capacity is a ceiling
Raising event capacity does not invent extra tickets. Add ticket quantity, a new type, or extra seating (where allowed) if you need more inventory.
Keep in mind
- Changing details does not automatically refund anyone. If you need to undo sales, use refunds from Orders.
