Troubleshooting
Why you cannot publish an event
The usual blockers: missing tickets, sales window ended, seating invalid, or Stripe not connected for paid online sales.
Support can send this URL to organisers who need these steps.
Step 1
Check you have something to sell
You need at least one active ticket that can still be sold: quantity remaining, a sales window that has started or will start, and an event end time still in the future.
Step 2
Paid online tickets need Stripe
If any active ticket is paid online, connect Stripe under Payments. Free tickets and pay-at-the-door tickets can publish without Stripe.
Step 3
Fix seating if you use it
Assigned or zone tickets must have a valid map (sections, capacity). Incomplete seating will block publish.
Step 4
After you are already live
If you later disconnect Stripe, card checkout stops. Free and on-site tickets stay on sale; the event is not unpublished automatically.
