Connect Stripe and get paid
Ticket money goes to your Stripe account. Million Tickets does not hold payouts.
Support can send this URL to organisers who need these steps.
Step 1
Open Payments
Connect or create a Stripe account. Stripe’s own onboarding collects your NZ bank details. This is required before you can publish paid online tickets.
Step 2
Accepted cards
Use the plus control on accepted methods to add more inside Stripe’s in-app settings. Login for Standard accounts stays in that popup.
Step 3
Payouts
Stripe pays your connected bank on the schedule you set with them (often a short rolling delay). Check Stripe for exact timing. Million Tickets never holds ticket funds until after the event.
Step 4
Fees
Public pricing is a flat platform fee per paid ticket plus Stripe processing. Free tickets and free events are $0 from us. See Pricing on the marketing site for the current number.
