Getting started
Create and publish your first event
Sign up, walk the wizard, and go live without making the page public until you choose Publish.
Support can send this URL to organisers who need these steps.
Step 1
Create your organizer account
Go to Sign up, then open the dashboard. Your first visit may include a sample live event card so you can see how a finished page looks. You can delete that sample later if it has no real orders.
Step 2
Start a new event
Choose Create event. The wizard saves as you go: Details → Location → Ticket Types → Event Page → Custom Sections → Seating Map → Review & Publish. Closing the tab does not wipe a saved draft.
Step 3
Add at least one sellable ticket
Add a ticket type (or a seating section, which creates its own type). It needs a future sales window and the event must end in the future. Free tickets are $0. Paid online tickets need Stripe connected before you can publish.
Step 4
Preview, then publish
Use Preview event page from the event overview to check phone and desktop. Nothing is public until you publish. After publish, share the event URL — there is no public directory; people find events from the link you send.
Keep in mind
- Draft URLs 404 for the public. Only you and your team see drafts in the dashboard.
- If publish is blocked, open Why you cannot publish an event in this library.
