Tickets
Set up ticket types
Prices, quantities, sale windows, free tickets, and pay at the door.
Support can send this URL to organisers who need these steps.
Step 1
Add types on the event
During create (Ticket Types step) or later from the event. Use separate types for Early Bird, GA, VIP, student, or comps. Each type has its own price, quantity, sale start/end, and optional max per order.
Step 2
Free tickets
Set the price to $0. Buyers skip card details. There is no platform fee on free tickets.
Step 3
Pay at the door
Mark the type as pay at the door. The buyer reserves a spot and gets a ticket, flagged unpaid until staff collect cash or EFTPOS and mark it paid in the scanner or Orders. Scanning an unpaid door ticket shows payment due instead of checking them in.
Step 4
Why quantity looks locked
You cannot set quantity below tickets already sold or held in checkout. Assigned-seat types are sized from the Seating map, not by typing a looser number on the ticket.
