Issue complimentary or guest tickets
Give VIPs and crew a real scannable ticket without charging a card.
Support can send this URL to organisers who need these steps.
Step 1
Create a $0 ticket type
Name it Guest, Comp, or Crew. Keep quantity tight so it cannot be shared as a public free drop unless you want that.
Step 2
Sell or assign as usual
Checkout for $0 issues the ticket and sends the confirmation with QR. Use a sale window or max-per-order so the type does not leak.
Step 3
Door
Comps scan like any other ticket. One successful scan marks it used.
