Getting started
Password, email, and optional MFA
Change login details and turn on an authenticator app.
Support can send this URL to organisers who need these steps.
Step 1
Settings → Account
Update email and password there. Sessions use httpOnly cookies; logging in happens on the server, not in the browser client.
Step 2
Optional MFA
Enrol a TOTP authenticator. After that, login (including operations staff login if you use it) requires the code before the dashboard opens.
